Fresh Packs, New Flavors: Great Lakes Brewing Co. Enters Fall Strong
New seasonal packs and fresh innovation are bringing even more excitement to the Great Lakes lineup.
Great Lakes Brewing Co. is heading into the fall season with a fresh approach to variety packs. According to Brewbound, the Cleveland-based brewery streamlined its 2026 variety pack strategy, moving toward occasion-driven seasonal packs that rotate throughout the year alongside themed options. Great Lakes CEO Chris Brown called the change “the biggest win for us this year.”
The new Biergarten Pack is already making an impact, featuring seasonal favorites and new releases including Oktoberfest, German Pils, and Apple Pie Eliot Ness. With these beers hitting shelves ahead of the highly anticipated return of Christmas Ale, Great Lakes is giving consumers plenty of reasons to explore the fall lineup.
Great Lakes is also bringing innovation beyond beer with the launch of aSplash, a new citrus grapefruit RTD created in partnership with Columbus-based Watershed Distillery. The drink combines the refreshing flavors of grapefruit and citrus with Watershed gin, adding another exciting option to the Great Lakes portfolio.
At SBG, we're proud to be a close partner of Great Lakes Brewing Co. and excited to help bring this lineup to our markets. From seasonal favorites to new innovations, there's a lot to look forward to this fall. We're ready to get these products into the hands of consumers and watch another exciting season of Great Lakes growth unfold. Cheers!
